A lovely oasis in a quiet neighborhood in Trieste

Liked: This breakfast will blow your socks off. I've found that it can be a bit of a challenge to find a good hotel breakfast in Italy but my goodness, Le Corderie didn't get the memo. It was amazing, plentiful, varied, and delicious. Our room was quiet and well-equiped, and the staff was lovely and friendly. It's a really nice, small (15 rooms?) hotel, so we felt the sincere hospitality of everyone that worked there. There's free street parking outside, so don't worry if you can't score a spot in their garage.

Great stay and even better breakfast

Liked: Nice hotel and a great breakfast buffet. Rooms are spacious. Bit outdated but clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking on the road can be a bit tricky but plenty of spaces in the streets around

Disliked: Showers are on the small side
