  Liked: Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Very high shower head, excellent for tall people. Comfortable bed. Less than a minute to the bus station and there is a ticket machine at the stop. A bit of a bus ride into Trieste but better than driving and parking. Breakfast was adequate and the host accommodated us by making an Americano coffee. Parking was safe and easy at the hotel. The hosts were very nice and accommodating.

  Disliked: The building is being renovated on the lower floors. If you are in the room during the work week day, there is noise. We had internet issues. Unsure if it was related to construction. We were there on a weekend, and the issue was not resolved. The host kindly offered to hot spot of his phone, but that really would not work well. I would suggest reaching out for an update if those issues are important. I think they should consider an electric kettle in the room. There are only 10 rooms, so not a huge ask.

  Good to spend less and to have welcoming personnel

  Liked: The courtesy of the personnel is fantastic! They even wrote to me before our trip informing me that the AC was broken and in case I wanted to cancel the booking they could understand it. They provided fans instead. The personnel are very welcoming and they offered us the breakfast although it wasn't included. And I liked the fact there is parking place nearby. Very comfortable.

  Disliked: It's just my personal opinion which could be discussed: the room is not really soundproofed, we could hear what the receptionist could talk about with other guests, but it's not a real big issue because we were constantly on the beach 🏖️

  great hotel between Trieste and Muggia

  Liked: the hotel is fairly simple but its just what you need if you are on a business trip and you only stay in the hotel for sleeping. it has a lovely location at the suburb with planty of car parking option. the port is near and also many small shops and little restairants are in the area. nice breakfast at the hotel's bar.
