  You get your money's worth and a nice place to stay overnight

  Liked: Close to everything and staff esp those at the cafe were very welcoming, kind and lovely to chat with.

  Disliked: Aircon is not so good, other backpackers had to open the window hoping for cooler ventilation.

  Good stay for a night or two

  Liked: Great location, great bar/cafe, beds were comfy. Good female dorm

  Disliked: Sheets has some staining but fresh enough, you’re giving two bottom sheets from what I saw on others beds too, so make sure to have them under the duvet right. One staff member was a bit grouchy but probably down to the busy hour at check in.

  Liked: Everything was great at this hostel! The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. They explained everything clearly, and we really appreciated their hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only suggestion would be to inform guests in advance that the tourist tax must be paid separately, as this is an additional expense that should be included in their travel budget. Other than that, everything was excellent!

  Disliked: First, the tourist tax should be clearly mentioned in advance, as it is an additional expense that guests need to consider when planning their budget. Second, I find it unreasonable to charge guests for basic kitchen items. Having to pay €0.20 just to use a fork or a small glass is excessive. These are basic necessities that should be available to guests free of charge, especially in a hostel where people may want to prepare their own food or simply have a drink. Finally, the payment process was a little confusing. We were initially informed that there was a pre-authorization or deposit, but when we arrived, we only paid the tourist tax. It was unclear whether an amount had been temporarily blocked on our card and would later be charged or released. Clearer communication about the payment process and any additional charges would make the experience much better.
