  Locked out of the property upon late arrival

  Liked: The location is beautiful, right along the water. And the morning staff serving breakfast from the bar were very kind and responsive.

  Disliked: The reception closes at 11:00. I had arranged before my arrival for a later self-check in due to a very late flight. The hotel confirmed that they would leave the property's main gate open and sent instructions for how to enter and complete self-check in. When I arrived at 2:30 am, however, the gate was clocked, with no chance of entering. The night managed arrived at 3:00 am. At no point that night or the next morning did I ever receive an apology. In addition, the bed is not comfortable and the rooms are not insulated for sound, so if you must arrive after 11:00 pm, or are a light sleeper or have back trouble, this is probably not the hotel for you.

  Lovely holiday

  Liked: Lovely hotel, great view, nice and clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Bus connections to Castello Miramare, train station and town center nearby.

  Very disappointing…

  Liked: Proximity to the sea and excellent shower

  Disliked: Restaurant unavailable all day Saturday due to private function, not open Sunday evening for unknown reason. Breakfast menu unclear, fruit and eggs available but not on list that had to be completed. Car blocked in the car park on two occasions by other guests parking improperly.

  Liked: The atmosphere of the hotel is perfect,which comes from its perfect location.

  Disliked: The air conditioning is weak, and the rooms are a bit noisy. With some renovations, this could be a great boutique hotel.
