  Liked: For one night it is acceptable. The view was nice, facilities are available nearby. The city centre is a not so long walk from the apartman. I appreciated the freezer in the kitchen.

  Disliked: We were not sent the code for the key box 24 hours before arrival and the landlady was not accessible, we were sent automated messagesin answer to our messages in which we were informed (on the day of arrival!) that she might be able to have a look at her email the next day. We had been asked the previous day to send the photo of our ID-s, which we did, but allegedly it went to spam, that might have been the reason she didn't want to give us the code. In the end I had to call the Booking Customer Service to help me sort it out. They were quick to help, though:) Later I was sent a message by the landlady, that we were lucky that the reservation hadn't been cancelled, and I should have checked the advert on Booking because the documents should be sent well-before check-in.... The biggest problem was, that we booked the apartment for three people, and there was only bed for two. It is a serious mistake-my son had to sleep on the floor-we made a bed for him using blankets etc. If there is no bed for three people, they should not confirm the reservation.

  Great choice

  Liked: The apartment had everything we needed. There is hot water, bath essentials, air conditioning and the bed is big. Great views from the window. There is a supermarket near. It's in a building and there is a code to enter. Eleonora was really helpful even though she wasn't there.

  Disliked: It wasn't so centric but there is a bus to go to the bus station or the center.
