  Convenient for overnight stay between trains and to explore centre

  Liked: Pleasant twin room. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to historic centre and train station, so conveniently located

  Disliked: Nothing particularly. The shower was a little difficult to understand but the staff were quick to asssist.

  Liked: Good room in the centre, a short walk to Turin's beautiful old town.

  Disliked: Check-in was confirmed, but online check-in was not. Communication was split between Booking and WhatsApp. Nowhere does it say the hotel has two locations, the main one and a second about 10 minutes away. We only found out on arrival. We used the garage next to the second location. One night cost almost as much as a room. We then had to walk with a stroller, luggage and two small children. Entry needed several security steps, including fetching a remote control for the lift. The lift sensor did not reliably detect small children. Check-in took 50-60 minutes. Only one floor seems to be hotel rooms. The rest, including the courtyard, appears to be private. A man (staff or owner, we had no common language) told us the kids should not play in the courtyard but on the street. Minutes later he took our stroller with the brake on and dragged it across the ground. No information about the ZTL (restricted traffic zone), although guests arrive by car. We had to ask for it ourselves.

  Very disappointed with the hygiene

  Liked: The location was exceptional, at the heart of the city, everything was walking distance

  Disliked: The room was full insects and we woke up with bites everywhere. The shower smelt of urine and the toilet seat was yellow. The air con did not work
