  it was not perfect but ok

  Liked: It was quite good and we are very satisfied with the breakfast. The location was suitable to get around the landmarks of the city and the train station was very close. The surrounding area was also very beautiful. The room itself was in a historic old building and the personal was very friendly.

  Disliked: The room had no usefull window,there was a very low window and the half of this window was occupied with the air conditioner and its exhausting pipe which was also let all the street noice inside. The third bed was not confortable and a bit smelly.

  Excellent stay in a great location with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast

  Liked: A great place to stay in Turin. Everything was excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and pleasant. The location was also very convenient for exploring the city on foot. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Turin.

  Liked: Abbastanza vicino al centro (circa 20 minuti a piedi). Camera grande e spaziosa. Letto confortevole.

  Disliked: Condizionatore inefficace e rumoroso. La porta d’ingresso della camera “Grace” è scorrevole e non si chiude perfettamente con una sensazione di poca privacy. Rete Wi-Fi senza copertura nella camera. Bollitore in camera sporco ed incrostato di calcare. La sala colazione buia ed eccessivamente calda per assenza di condizionatore. Il parcheggio riservato decisamente troppo lontano dalla struttura (25 minuti a piedi / 10 minuti in taxi).

  Liked: The food was OK and simple. The staff present was super friendly and helpful

  Disliked: The first room reserved had an awful AC with a noisy sound, we asked to change the room, while the second room was much better, after cleaning the AC filter by myself.

  Disappointing

  Disliked: Air conditioning did not work no gas Bathroom smelt and my towel had holes in it and was ripped They advertised that it was wheel chair friendly only to get there and had to walk up 18 stairs The room was very claustrophobic with an attic feel about it and curved ceiling

  Acceptable but could be more comfortable

  Liked: Good position very kind staff

  Disliked: There were works outside and the windows were almost covered by constructions to run works. Moreover, the bathroom had unpleasant WC smell
