  Great stay

  Liked: This apartment was perfect for our girls trip. 4 of us so we chose the split level maisonette. The staff were very kind, the place was clean and right near the city centre and the spa we intended to visit. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and there was so much space for all of us to move around. I would highly recommend.

  A clean place in a great location with friendly staff, but a few inconveniences made the stay less comfortable than expe

  Liked: The location was very convenient – everything was within walking distance or easily reachable by public transport. There were grocery stores nearby, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and provided all the necessary information clearly. The apartment was clean and tidy.

  Disliked: The apartment wasn’t as cozy as in the photos. There’s no oven, only a microwave. The biggest issue was the coffee machine being in the common area downstairs, meaning you have to go down every time you want coffee. No coffee, tea, sugar, or milk were provided, and the coffee beans often ran out. Drinking water was also only available downstairs and was sometimes empty, although the staff mentioned that tap water is safe to drink. At night, it was quite noisy from public transport, making it hard to sleep with the window open.

  Liked: Apartment with bedroom, living room and kitchen. Cozy and well equipped. Close to the center. Even though there is a tram under the apartment, you don't hear anything because the windows are well sealed. The staff is very nice and very helpful.

Dear guest, we inform you that in the city center area the ZTL (limited traffic zone) is active from Monday to Friday from 07.30 to 10.30. Furthermore, Via dell'Arsenale is a street reserved for busses, therefore, access is prohibited every day from 07:00 to 20:00.

The assembly of the sofa bed in reservations of 2 people who do not wish to share a double bed is limited to the occupancy and carries a supplement of €20. Improper use of this service may entail supplements and penalties in the event of any damage.
