  Good value for money and great location!

  Liked: Clean, great location and friendly responsive staff

  Disliked: When we were locked out as the electronic entry didn’t work - but that was solved with a few phone calls. It also was interesting when we were reported for hosting a dog and 2 extra people just because my son came in to collect a parcel

  Unclean and unpleasant

  Liked: The only thing to like about this uninspiring place is its location, and that's why we had chosen it, as we had wanted to stay in the Vanchiglia area but had booked too late, hence many other options were already taken.

  Disliked: There's hardly any hygiene or cleanliness taken care of: the AC vents are full of dust, so much so that one of us would start coughing every time we could manage to turn it on (it's a struggle to control the temperature and turn the AC on and off). Similarly, the sun shade umbrella is full of dust, and one cannot imagine sitting under it and eating something. It's also a very uninspiring apartment in itself: ground floor, with no views, and a boxed-in veranda of sorts, in which the aforementioned sun shade sits. Avoid, unless you have no other accommodation options.

  Liked: The apartment was freshly renovated, clean and very comfortable and spacions. Great location and the house was quiet. Many smart house features that made the check in very easy

  Disliked: It was a bit difficult to adjust the aircon which was managed by the smart house device. Therefore the house got a bit too cold. Since there were no blankets it got cold at night

  It was clean, modern, well maintained, a prime location to walk all over. It was a value for the money for sure. 10/

  Liked: It was clean, well maintained. It was a prime location. Public transportation was located nearby.

  Disliked: The umbrella on the patio was broken, so we were unable to use it to sit in the shade on the patio (a pictured amenity). The mattress worked, but could’ve been softer (preference).
