  Disliked: Overall the hotel is good. Nice location, friendly staff but the breakfast is poor not many options and we felt that many things were there from the day before. Not fresh. I’d recommend to improve the quality. Apart from that we like the experience.

  Liked: Bed very comfortable, staff really nice and helpful, good breakfast

  Disliked: Lots of noises from the road and the room/ hotel. Location was central but in a lateral road and didn't feel safe in the evening. No safety box

  I enjoyed the stay although there are some minor things regarding to the room but overall was pleasant and comfortable

  Liked: The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and hospitable. Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean, tidy, and a good size for a solo traveller.

  Disliked: The bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell on the first night, but this was no longer an issue during the following days. The air conditioner was quiet on the first night but became quite noisy on subsequent nights. The room also lacked a central ceiling light, with the lighting mainly located near the entrance, which made the room feel a little dark.

  Nice place for a valuable price

  Liked: A very clean and quiet hotel (especially the courtyard room I stayed during the feast of Ferragosto). It's probably not this quiet on weekdays… The inner city is for a 15 minutes walk, the station, the metro is nearby.

  Liked: Location was good, close to the train station. Breakfast choices plentiful. Staff very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: No hot water for our first three nights. Tv never did work, signal too weak. Room definitely did not resemble the online photos.
