  Excellent

  Liked: The staff were fantastic. So helpful and friendly. My single room was a cosy loft hideaway that l loved and very comfortable. Dog friendly. Free fizzy water, tea, coffee and snacks. Great location. Will be staying here again on my next visit to Turin.

  Liked: This is my go-to hotel when I happen to be in Turin and I wouldnt bother to look at any other. It is super classy, chic, charming, and elegant. The staff are are lovely. The breakfast is delightful and so cheap and the rooms are very pretty. The location couldnt be better. The very heart of the city is like a very pleasant 15mins by foot. The train station is just accross the street and the airport bus is a 5 min walk away. Simply perfect. Well done management and all staff from cleaners to concierges to breakfast helpers.

  Unacceptable hotel cleanliness

  Disliked: Although the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and lovely, I unfortunately have to report that the level of cleanliness was very poor and I have never experienced anything like this before. There was black hair, most likely pubic hair, on the glass and inside the shower cubicle. I attach photos as evidence of this absolutely disgusting situation. Unfortunately, there were no alternative rooms available for me to move to. As a result, I was late for a meeting, unable to shower comfortably, and had to wait for the housekeeping staff to clean the room again. The entire experience was extremely unpleasant, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable. This is certainly not the standard of cleanliness one should expect from a 4 star hotel.

  Good quality hotel, excellent staff, convenient location

  Liked: The staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel is a nice facility with a good breakfast, convenient to the Porta Nueva train station and sites in town.

  Disliked: As a single traveler, I liked having a single bed room better than a double bed room as there was more space to maneuver. I stayed at the hotel twice at the beginning and the end of a trip.
