  Absolutely wonderful. All the staff were female (not sure if just a coincidence) and unfailingly polite and welcoming. T

  Liked: We loved the central location, the calm and the ambiance of the hotel. The room, 101, was perfect in terms of size and facilities. The breakfast was plentiful and the morning coffee was excellent. It felt very secure due to the key fob entry system for all external doors. Charming courtyard to sit outside as well. A well kept secret place…. Stay at Carlo Felice hotel and enjoy, you will not be disappointed!

  The final stay of our 16 day trip, and our very best hotel. (and we had a lot of very good ones)

  Liked: Wow, this hotel had it all. Location, great rooms, and a very good breakfast. When entering, we entered a very large door, and what appeared was an incredible courtyard, and noticed the hustle and bustle of the city was silent. Our room was ready on arrival, a big plus. Location was a five minute walk from the train station, and right in the center of it all.

  Liked: Very friendly staff. Very well located near the station. Very nice breakfast. Lovely room.

  Exceeded my expectations

  Liked: Great location, good breakfast. Staff were friendly and very helpful, from managing late night check ins, dealing with a couple of issues, to good restaurant suggestions.

  Home away from home

  Liked: The location is perfect (3 mins walk from the main station) and the hotel is a hidden gem. The staff were really lovely and helpful. As for the room - if the windows are closed then it is very quiet. Otherwise ask for one of the rooms that looks onto the inner courtyard.
