  a very tiny and not very comfortable room

  Liked: Location is perfect. The bathroom is excellent big shower and great towels. The staff were friendly and attentive and professional. The breakfast itself was quite good. Boiled eggs and toast and yogurt and muesli and freshly squeezed orange juice the best orange juice we had in three weeks in Italy. The coffee was excellent. You are walking distance here from all of the major sites and the sound insulation is excellent in the rooms

  Disliked: our room was very small and not very comfortable because there was only about 4 feet of space on each side of the bed. You’ll have to have breakfast in the room and the Bistro table and chairs could hardly fit. There was no comfortable place to sit in the room and there is no public space in the facility.. My expectations were high because of the exceptional ratings and perhaps it was just that we got a very small room. Number seven.

  Liked: The location is probably the best in the city. Check-in was very smooth, even though we arrived after the reception had closed. In-room breakfast is a nice touch.

  Disliked: WiFi is more or less useless as the speed is very slow. The breakfast selection and quality could have been a bit better and broader, given Italy's high-quality pastries. More power sockets for charging your phone would be helpful.

  Had a great trip - the hotel was placed perfectly to see some of the highlights, good restaurants, great shopping

  Liked: Good size rooms, great location! Wonderful staff!! Everyone was delightful, helpful, knowledgeable. Great coffee in the morning.

  I would recommend this as a venue for people visiting the city - it has the attributes of a decent hotel when in the roo

  Liked: The room was lovely in appointment and style - quiet and nice high ceiling heights. It was as per the pictures and descriptions. The staff are lovely and super helpful.

  Disliked: It is a decent walk up less romantic back stairs if you don’t want / unable to take the lift - but that is a choice. The lift is perfectly good. On this occasion the sliding shower door upper fitting was loose and needed man handling a bit.
