  Smoke smell

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: A very disappointing stay; I do not recommend this hotel at all. Upon arrival, our room had an unbearable smell of stale tobacco. We immediately asked to change rooms, but the staff told us it was not possible. Instead, they promised to perform an ozone treatment and spray an air freshener. We left the hotel for several hours to give them time to address it, but when we returned, it didn't seem like anything had been done. To make matters worse, there was a different person at the front desk who had no idea what we were talking about. We had to sleep with the window open all night in the cold and even had to buy our own air freshener because the smell was simply intolerable. On top of that, the pillows were paper-thin and the room did not look very clean overall. No real solution or compensation was ever offered. I would definitely not stay here again.

  Clean, convenient and comfortable hotel

Liked: Around a u minute walk from the station. Room clean, spacious with en suite. Quirky hotel with lift access.

Disliked: Unfortunately the area around the hotel isn’t particularly pleasant, nothing to do with the hotel itself. Just be aware of walking around late at night like I had to due to a late train arrival.
