Lovely small hotel in quiet street with very welcoming staff

Liked: A very nice, small hotel located on a quiet side street, with transport links just a few mins walk away. Lovely staff, who were very kind and helpful and made me feel very welcome. I had a comfy single room with modern decor, but I also liked the classical exterior of the hotel. Good air conditioning unit in room, and even a cute night light too. Breakfast was good, a tasty selection of sweet treats, and great hot chocolate. Reception was staffed 24/7, which was perfect when checking out for my very early flight!

Disliked: Nothing to add here! I had a great stay, it was perfect for my business trip.

Definitely would book this hotel again

Liked: Literally could not fault this place. It was the cheapest around, we booked it at 11pm at night. Arrived at midnight. They were so accommodating. Parking available for 15€ extra until 3pm the next day. The room was clean, good size. Okay dated but seriously who cares, like we literally slept and left! The location is right near the tram stop into the centre which is €1.50. There also an amazing park nearby where you can get coffee for €1, and it’s right on the river. Honestly couldn’t fault this hotel one bit!

Nice little hotel near the city centre

Liked: Staff was very friendly and solved an issue that was not their fault immediately.

Disliked: Booking.com gives the option for 2 separate beds, but after confirmation, the room with 2 beds was not available. So why give this option. Not the fault of the hotel btw.
