Good option close to public transport

Liked: Close to public transport. Quiet room, despite location on busy street. Comfortable beds. Friendy staff. Lift. Good continental breakfast, including fresh fruit salad

Disliked: After 10:30 pm, access via guest keys only - no staff on desk. Breakfast bar & buffet service area cramped at peak time. Room decor could do with a revamp.

Cute place and good value for money

  Liked: Value for money.

Disliked: Room facilities. No hospitality tray and ironing set. I suspect this may have to do with government regulations or local customs.

Poor amenities. No fridge in room, no phone

  Liked: Location

Disliked: The staff. They were asking me to clear the table every morning… when you’re in a hotel, you’re not supposed to do such tasks…
