  Liked: The hotel was clean, perfectly located near the stadium and the Juventus museum/shop. Being the football club fans, we completely enjoyed the atmosphere, also the breakfast was really good.

  Disliked: We didn’t like the staff!!! We were provided a room with disability access, which we found out only after getting to our room. We went down immediately to the reception, and after informing them they were not even surprised:) The employee who provided the room was a blond hair woman (short hair) aging 25-27 probably. Her attitude was just disgusting!! After I told her, she just said - alright and called her colleague. Like solve this mess how you can. Another man approached to us and tried to fool us, saying the hotel is overbooked! I just insisted that they have to provide the room type we booked, they called their manager and probably after figuring out that we cant be fooled, provided the room we reserved (presenting as an upgrade, which I doubt)). So the First impression about this hotel was terrible because of the staff, moreover, having paid 350 eur per night and being “welcomed” like that was so awkward. I would not like to stay at J hotel again because of seeing such behavior. That was before the match and this scenario was the last thing a guest should experience. I would be happy to know that the hotel manager personally checks their staff behavior and attitude towards the guests.

  A very nice, quiet hotel—I didn't even know that J Hotel came from Juventus:)

  Liked: A very nice, quiet hotel—I didn't even know it was the Juventus Hotel. The room was clean, the mattress was very comfortable, and there was air conditioning. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel has its own parking lot, right next to the Juventus Stadium.
