Great location but limited help for tourist information

Liked: Unique and beautiful. Breakfast and dinner in the downstairs was amazing. Little market around the corner served us well too. Total area was full of life and the Food Festival was taking place bringing in people hundreds if not thousands of people and visitors.

Disliked: It was the first time being there in Torino and had reservations to take a bus to Aosta and no one could help us in which bus to take. One we found out the bus was gone for the day. Maybe in your hotel put some information about sites to see from Torino especially to go to Aosta. No one at the reception desk could help us. 😔
