  Liked: the room was clean, the bed was confortable and the bathroom was clean and welcoming. Good space.

  Disliked: There was no Air Conditioner. There was no option for meals. It is difgicult in this sence when you lodge as a family.

  Good enough. I enjoyed my stay in Italy and the Italians are lovely

  Liked: Location was not bad and it accessible with no troubling stairs and there was safety

  Disliked: The air conditioning. It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. The fan. Was not enough for the hot weather. You should kindly improve the air conditioning system and offer your guests every morning a bottle of cold water

  Disappointing experience - no good value for the price

  Liked: It was clean. You can do the check-in at the time you want

  Disliked: The room doesn't look like the photos advertised. Ventilation is inadequate, with no air conditioning available, something that seriously needs to be addressed, in particular for summer. This is a single-floor hostel with no physical reception. All communication happens online. The self check-in platform is clunky and unintuitive, requiring guests to upload photos and personal details for every member of the group. While we were standing at the door trying to complete this process, we received unfriendly messages insisting to upload the document of one of the guests.
