  Belísimo!

  Liked: Location was fantastic for arriving by car and visiting the city by bus. Loved the tiny shops with super friendly signori at the top of the road and the trattoria where the food and service were sublime despite the outside suggesting it might no longer have been open. The appartment was cosy and equipped with everything we needed; pool and bbq area would be fantastic if the weather was good; delightful rural setting 10 mins from city centre. Rolando was a charming host, warm and helpful.

  Disliked: Niente. Except password didn’t work for wifi.

  I wanted to love this place but I couldn't

  Liked: I loved the location and the friendly owner. I am sure if we had the ground floor apartment it would have been a better experience.

  Disliked: The almost vertical stairs imagine carrying two dogs and 2 x 25 kilo bags up the steep stairs. Advertised as a balcony really was just the landing for the stairs and the 6 cats smell in the apartment that have us hayfever the whole time.
