Liked: Clean, professional, business friendly hotel. Lobby was great, complimentary refreshments were a great added bonus after my long train ride in

Disliked: sirens outside on the street were annoying sometimes, but thats life in any city. Windows were pretty effective at soundproofing it

Other than location the hotel isn’t a good value for the money

Liked: The location was a great.

Disliked: I put a mark to see if they change the sheets but after cleaning I saw that they didn’t changed them. They just folded the sheets to make it look clean.

Fantastic stay in Torino and glad we stayed at your hotel

Liked: Having onsite parking for the car we drove into Torino. Also, the comfort of the bed was exceptional. The location is also fantastic and the main reason why we chose this particular hotel.

Disliked: The lack of a bellboy to help at the main entrance with the picking up of bags upon check-in.
