Liked: We did not receive the access code in time; the reception desk closed at 4:00 PM, and no one reached out to us.

Disliked: We were prepared to sleep in the reception area. Had it not been for a chance encounter with someone who knew the owner, we would never have been able to get into our room. The organization was appalling.

  Excellent location. Very comfortable place

Liked: Fantastic location—bus stop right outside the door. Nice facility in common area: free breakfast and coffee machine. Spacious room.

Disliked: Small reading lamp beside each bed would be a nice addition. I had a lot of trouble getting on and staying on the Wi-fi, and finally had a member of staff sort it for me.

Liked: Very good breakfast for the room rate.

Disliked: Received check in instructions via Booking.com messaging too late to be of actual use. This information is absolutely critical for easy arrival, since no person is actually at reception past 7-10am (maybe a little later), but certainly not when I arrived at the Ostello around 4:30pm (the messaged instructions to me were _sent_ 10min before noon on my day of arrival, as I saw later). You need these instructions to even open the gates to enter the courtyard facing the Ostello itself. Suggest you send the check in instructions earlier, like 24-36 hours before start of check in time/day of arrival!
