Liked: Brekfast was good and what you can expect. Location very nice with the park and the river next to the hotel and still in the center of Turin. Free parking and good pubklic transports to city center. Hotel very clean and proper.

Disliked: Everything was up to my expectations so nothing to add here

apart from the problem with the room the stay was fine

  Liked: breakfast was good

Disliked: the fact that we ordered twin rooms and got a double room - had to wait an hour for someone to change the room to a twin.

Liked: The breakfast was really good. Served in a small area but the staff were quick and fantastic and keeping everything moving. Really good quality food in our opinion

Disliked: Our shower leaked all over the bathroom, really badly designed shower. The drain simply couldnt cope with the power of the shower. We had to use 4 or 5 towels to control the water. The staff knew off the issue and left towels
