  I highly recommend it

  Liked: The apartment is very well located, very close to the city center, the town, metro and the train station. It was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it was very clean. Alessandro is very helpful and kind, and we had no problem finding the apartment. We will definitely come back🤗🇵🇱🇨🇴

  Great stay and experience but cold room

  Liked: The room was spacious, comfortable bed, and it had enough equipment. The bathroom was also spacious, the location was great, you could reach Parco del Valentino in foot in less than 5 minutes, the city center was 20-30 minutes away on foot, but there are enough buses around the city.

  Disliked: The room was very cold, especially during the winter, where the maximum temperature reached 10*, the highest temperature you could set in the room was 23*. I asked the host if we could increase but it wasn't possible. 23* is way to low, especially during the night. This should be fixed during the winter season to go at least to 25*, especially if you are taking kids, so consider this.

  never Again

  Liked: 1）location, very near the metro station 2) size of the apartment is pretty ok

  Disliked: 1)very complicated process of check in, I’ve uploaded 3 times different documents and it was really difficult to get a reply from the team 2)the apartment is so closed to the train tracks, I was awake several times when the train passed at night 3)many facilities of the apartment are of cheap quality 4)cleanness is not good at all.. hairs everywhere in the floor.. ceilings are moldy

  Great！

  Liked: The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant to stay in. I really appreciated the host’s help in finding the shirts I had forgotten and allowing my friend to pick them up. Thank you again for the great hospitality.

  An apartment with good location and some issues

  Liked: Quiet area, quiet building Metro station a few hundred meters away, train station within short walking distance Quite a few good restaurants in the vicinity Good grocery store a few hundred meters away

  Disliked: Shower drains extremely slowly, water accumulates during showering, which is both unhygienic and inconvenient Unpleasant smell in the bathroom Windows looking at train tracks, constant, loud noises from early morning until late in the evening Overcomplicated online self check-in No microwave Tiny bathroom, no shelves or any other surfaces to store your stuff

  Superb

  Liked: We felt chilly at night, but we couldn't figure out how to turn on heater. Wrote msg, and he explained the bldg controls heater, not each room. Heater will be on in mid/Oct, right after we leave. However, his explanation helped us to understand and less frustrated. He offered an extra blanket and delivered it to our room while we were out sightseeing. We appreciated very much his willingness to solve the issue and make us comfortable as much as possible. Thank you.

  Disliked: HEATER: We spent 1 hr in vain, trying to turn on the heater. Wish you post the sign that we can't turn on from each room during certain time of the year. So we decided to use the electric kettle to drink warm water, but it tasted funny, so we couldn't. Oh double punch. We mentioned the kettle problem when we left.
