  Liked: Good location, hotel manager willing to help, brrakfast team very kind

  Disliked: Very rude desk staff (Julio) with absolute lack of willingness to help when the hotel failed to deliver (room was not ready (got beds for 2 when booked for 4), website advertised own parking which did not exist...).

  short break in Turin

  Liked: Very nice room central to all facilities in Turin and near to the station, good facilities in room and comfortable bed.

  Disliked: Noise from rooms above but not the fault of the hotel, Request for non allergy bedding missed even though confirmed, but manager sorted promptly without having to complain.

  Nothing short of appalling!

  Liked: There is nothing good to say as this hotel was a constant disappointment in every way possible

  Disliked: The staff were so rude and ignorant. Very aggressive behaviour and slow response to service requests. The overall hygiene was poor (hair in shower, bathroom sink, and bed sheets), as was the quality of the breakfast provided (all store bought), and coffee was appaulling. The shower drain was partially blocked creating a virtual bath before the shower was finished. A request for an advertised pillow was ignored, resulting in sore neck by morning. A request for coffee other than instant premixed coffee sachet in the room was refused. I would think for $400 per night the hotel could manage 24hr room service like my previous stay in Sanremo. In short, I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough.

  Excellent facilities but need to improve on food

  Liked: The location was central. The hotel staff were pleasant. The cleanliness and room facilities were excellent.

  Disliked: Lack of gluten and dairy free food for breakfast. Had to pay extra for fried egg! Especially when breakfast is at a premium of £17 euro each!
