  Liked: It was clean and there was a coffee pot and a water kettle.

  Disliked: 1. The bed was uncomfortable. 2. The room was on a very busy, very loud street. 3. We couldn't open the balcony door to cool off the room because the noise went on all night long. 4. The air-conditioning did not work. 5. Wifi did not work. 6. The private bathroom was across the common area which was where the secretary sat as well. 7. Everything in the room creaked: the bed, the floors and the doors.

  Liked: We had a lovely stay! The room was clean, stylish, and nicely decorated, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. The location was great, making it easy to reach all the main sights on foot. Our private bathroom was located separately from the room, but it was exclusively for our use, so it was absolutely fine. We also really appreciated the thoughtful little touches, such as the snacks, tea, and coffee provided. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and we would happily recommend this place!

  Disliked: The only minor downside was the street noise at night, especially the sound of passing cars. Other than that, everything was great!

  Lovely Classical very special Hotel in the heart of Turin

  Liked: The guest house is so clean, so beautiful, very close to tram station, supermarket is 1 minutes from the place, the lady staff are so nice and friendly, if you're alone never worry, she is there to make you smile with her kind words.

  Exquisite!
