  Terrible

Liked: The only positive aspect was the location and the size of the room which was very big.

Disliked: The check-in process was extremely complicated and unreliable, with poor communication and a one-hour delay that caused us to miss planned activities. Despite this, the room was shockingly dirty, especially the bathroom, with feces left in the toilet and hair on the sink and in the shower. The cleaner was rude, and even after cleaning, hair remained on the floor and sink. This was a suite, yet the room was not cleaned, provided with fresh towels, or given a freshly made bed the following day. Also, there was no WiFi. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this accommodation since it was really inconvenient.

Disliked: The mattress really needs to be replaced. The current makes quite a lot noise from the springs when you move.

  Would recommend

  Liked: Perfect location. Great apartment.

Disliked: Not the cleanest, beds headboard could be changed and balcony had used ashtray that the cleaner missed. Also the shower gel dispenser was empty, but it was fine because we had our own. Would repeat.

A beautiful apartment in need of maitenance

Liked: The spacious area and the beautiful archetecture. Also loved the balconies and the location.

Disliked: Technical problem paying tourist tax that despite my many requests was not resolved until our arrival day. Luggage storage didn't work with a credit card. Cutlery was not clean and there were no wine glasses. The fridge was full of ice. The apartment needs some maitenance work.

Great location, but for the price, the room and overall maintenance/service could definitely be up to a higher stand

Liked: location is impeccable and definitely one of the strongest points of the property.

Disliked: Few points such as: The shower soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, and the air conditioning didn’t properly adjust the temperature. The cleaner entered the room about five minutes before the 11:00 checkout time. Not a big issue, but still something that shouldn’t happen.
