  Great location, but several maintenance and comfort issues

  Liked: The apartment is well located for exploring downtown Turin, and we appreciated the flexible check-in, as we were allowed to enter around 1:00 p.m. The bathroom was spacious and reasonably clean, with good water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. However, the property has several significant shortcomings. The main issue is the lack of conventional windows: there is only a skylight with an electric opening mechanism that is extremely noisy, creating an unpleasant feeling of being enclosed. The kitchen was also poorly equipped, with only one drinking glass, one wine glass, and one cup for two guests. Although additional glasses were brought to us that same evening, we had to contact different phone numbers to resolve something that should have been checked before our arrival.

  Disliked: The apartment has a washing machine but no dryer, and during our stay, the heating and cooling system only blew cold air, even though heating was already necessary in October. Some flaws in the renovation finishes were also noticeable. Communication was impersonal, and nobody asked about our experience when we checked out. Overall, we were able to enjoy our two-night stay without any major incidents, but we believe the property needs to improve its amenities, maintenance, and guest service. Its central location is an advantage, but the issues mentioned above negatively affect the overall comfort of the stay.

  Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment with excellent facilities

  Liked: Spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-organized apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The elevator worked perfectly, and the entrance hall was clean and tidy. We had an excellent stay!

  Disliked: The only issue was the internal stairs leading to the bedroom. There were two flights of stairs, and neither had a handrail, making them potentially unsafe.

  It was easy to locate and our host made it easy by his clear directions as well as providing parking close by

  Liked: It was spacious, clean, well appointed and quite yet at the same time easy to get to all places in the city centre. For us it was a quiet haven.
