Exceptional
A great location in a wonderful city
Liked: The staff was very attentive and seemed to go out of their way to meet our needs. Whether it was making dining reservations or arranging a tour to Manuro they seemed very interested in making sure we were satisfied.
Disliked: A little more clarity regarding breakfast services. On one day while we were waiting for the Manuro tour the coffee/tea were 'on the house', but the next day we were charged for breakfast while only having a cup of tea and coffee each.

Disliked: Wi-fi connectivity in room should be better
Brilliant view, but lacking when it came to service and noise levels
Liked: Splashed out on a junior suite with a canal view. The spaciousness of the room and the view was exceptional.
Disliked: When you are paying $1500+ AUD a night you expect a certain level of service. You don’t expect to have to lug your bag yourself, have the aircon turned off daily and not have the toilet paper replenished. Also the room was directly below the rooftop bar, so exceptionally noisy from about 10.30am to after midnight. Impossible to sleep. Generally clean except for desks and lamps which were covered in dust.
Perfect. The roof top bar was a special treat at the end of the day to enjoy one last time before bed. Thank you!
