  Disliked: Booking.com advertises that you can park the car in front of the room. In reality, the car is parked 100 meters away in an unsecured area. Furthermore, we found the continental breakfast excellent; really well taken care of, although we did miss the plain dark bread. Otherwise, the room was top-notch.

  Convenient location, good room, very nice breakfast

  Liked: Breakfast was very good. Location was convenient as we did not want to drag our suitcases through the old town. Room was very good.

  Disliked: Area around hotel although it was very convenient to visit Viterbo. I would book it again.

  Disliked: We did not get to stay in this "Hotel" when we arrived at 7.30 pm, there was nobody there to let us in. we managed to find a number to call, and a not at all helpful woman answered, she told us to go back to the entrance door, call her back and she would give us a code. At this point my phone ran out of battery, the whole place was in darkness and deserted, it was freezing cold and raining, with absolutely nowhere to shelter except our car, we felt very unsafe, so we had to go and find another hotel. the whole experience was terrible. we should have been warned there were no staff (we were also expecting to be able to have dinner!) the code should have been given to us, when we booked. a really disgraceful, lack of service or regard for clients. We would appreciate a full refund.
