  Hotel fantôme

  Liked: Hotel sans réception, il faut aller dans un autre hôtel pour obtenir la chambre. La piscine, le petit dejeuner est aussi ailleurs. Rien n'est précisé lors de la réservation. Par contre la dame a l'accueil etait tres gentille.

  Walkable distance to black sands beach and port

  Liked: The breakfast bar is located by beach the swimming pool is big and comfortable.each room has big terraces.Staffs are friendly we are group of 11 everyone has different requests.They are been helpful we are appreciated.

  Disliked: The hotel has been sold to another hotel group since laat year, there is no reception and service we need to go to Mari del sud resort for the breakfast and use their facilities. The WiFi doesn’t reach to the room only lobby area. The room needs some maintenance. The shower is a bit old one of the room shower was broken.

  Liked: The rooms are big, the property itself was lovely with nice views of the water.

  Disliked: I didn’t stay in Hotel Garden because they were closed for renovation so they put me in another hotel close by from the same owner. There was some trash on my room door and I suspected they would clean it but nobody did so I had to take the stuff out myself.

  Liked: Ci hanno fatto aspettare fino alle 15 in in altra struttura, dopo entriamo in camere non preparate con le docce piene di animaletti non pulite,senza asciugamano,senza acqua nel frigo la tv non funzionava, penso don debba dire altro

  Disliked: First of all, if you’re going to the aeolian islands, don’t stay in Vulcano. It’s not the hotel’s fault but the island smells like sulfur and it’s gross. That said, the hotel itself is not nice either. The rooms are small and ugly, while the staff is not the best either. There’s is never a person at the reception and the housekeeping is below acceptable (they wouldn’t even bring new water bottles or fresh towels).
