Great Location and Wonderful Terrace for Sunset Dinners
Liked: The apartment was perfectly located near the beach and fully equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful summer vacation. Communication with the host was always easy, quick, and seamless. We truly appreciated all the helpful recommendations and thoughtful feedback throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Disliked: The main entrance access could be improved by providing a key or installing a more secure access code system. The current bike lock cord felt somewhat fragile and could potentially be damaged easily.
Excellent property if you want to get away to a quiet and peaceful and quiet location
Liked: Super property set in its own grounds. Hidden away in a quiet location. Our host Andrea was very helpful sending photos to guide us to the location of the property which is not easy to find. Lovely veranda which would be great in the heat of the summer (we the were there in March ), and a fantastic roof top terrace with great views. Welcome breakfast pack and complementary bottle of wine gratefully received. Andrea our host very helpful when we found ourselves stuck due to ferry cancellations because of high winds, and was happy to let us stay longer until were able to leave the island.
Disliked: Bathroom shower could do with some refurbishment, but worked well. There was an issue with the electricity which was east tripped out, but also easily sorted by not having the two rings on the cooker and the aircon(heat) at the same time. Andrea explained the electricity situation and island living. The end of the lane leading to the property was a mess, suffering from the winter storms with debris washed up the lane, this is outside of Andrea's control. Also have a torch handy for returning to the property at night, the lane is dark.
Liked: the very good attention from the host
Disliked: the road to the house definitively needs some lights from the municipality coming by foot at night...
Beautiful terrace with a view on the Vulcano and very close to the beaches
Liked: We really enjoyed the terrace with its amazing view of the sea and the volcano. The beautiful beach is just a few metres away — perfect location!
Liked: Very lovely place with nice terrasse and additional roof terrasse. Very close to the beach and a short walk to Vulcano center.
