Very good
Thomas was a super host! Perfect get away in a remote location:)
Calm environment, perfect for kids to be in nature
Liked: Being surrounded by nature is fantastic.
Peaceful accomodation
Liked: Amazing surroundings, friendly animals around. Our plan was explore the coast and beaches so location was very comfortable to us. 7min to the closest town where you can find all supermarkets and around 17min to the nearest beach location.
Disliked: There are two roads coming to the property. The GPS shows you the “bad” one which goes the light the forest road. If you have small car you can seriously make a damage to it. Other road is perfect. Would be nice from the owners to inform the guests about it, because apperantly we are not the one who took the bad road. As well water in the shower goes cold. So if you two people don’t go to the shower one by one. Need to wait some time.
A great remote place for animal lovers as the dogs, cat and chicken are friendly and close
Liked: It‘s in the middle of nowhere, a very peaceful place. Surrounded by Eucalyptus and pine plantations.
Disliked: The extra bed (sofa bed) wasn‘t very comfortable to lie on.
A haven of peace, only 20min drive from the west coast beaches of the Algarve
Liked: Stunning location. Beautiful compact apartment. Bed very comfopratable, and an excellent shower. Friendly dogs, cats and chickens. The stars at night, with so little light pollution. Hosts extremely kind and helpful. We only had two days there -- we left regretting that we had not booked it for longer. We will be back next year.
Disliked: The fridge was not very cold when we arrived, so it took quite a few hours for the food and drink we put in it to cool down. But this is a very minor point - I'd not mention it except that this review form asked for something negative.
Idyllic place - a real chill out!
Liked: The check in process was very smooth - the owner kept in touch. This has got to be the most peaceful place in Portugal. You hear only bird song - no traffic noise.
Disliked: Transport is a must as it is quite isolated - however the reward is the peace and quiet.
