  Very relaxing and calm stay with lots of wellness for someone wanting to relaxing. And there is a lot to do with kids an

  Liked: Beautiful setting, stunning scenery, loved the aesthetic of every corner of the hotel. It’s a very beautiful understated luxury. The wellness in terms of treatment offerings was varied. The spa is beautiful and calm, really enjoyed the sound bath, very peaceful and knowledgable. The staff were very polite and attentive, especially the reception staff. I wasn’t well one night and they were extremely helpful and messaged to find out if I was ok multiple times afterwards. They left fresh ginger, lemon and honey in the room upon my return. I couldn’t thank them enough for their warm welcome.

  Disliked: Nothing, but if I was to be very picky it’s the carpet in the room, it was a little bit dirty. If they had tiles it would be better.

  Italian at the bar was outstanding. She is one of a kind. The way she treated us and helped my husband locate his drin

  Liked: Property is beautiful

  Disliked: Distance from lobby to rooms a bit far. A gold cart would be ideal. Only a small garbage in the bathroom. I found that inconvenient. Room is very spacious.

  Liked: Beautiful property. Big gym. Pretty beach. Good food. Farm to table restaurant was a highlight of our stay!

  Disliked: If you are a couple without children, you won’t be able to have a relaxing holiday here. It is, basically, a children’s camp. All pools are full of either screaming children or teenagers playing ball and being loud. They have 3 pool areas and none of those are quiet / adults only. We spent three nights and were not able to find a quiet place during this time. Also, they assigned us a room facing the biggest kids pool … Where is a common sense to give this room to a couple! Had to change rooms. Beach was polluted and impossible to swim. If you don’t go early in the morning you won’t be able to secure a bed by the beach or the pool. People are allowed to smoke in the beds by the beach. So if you are not a smoker you have to suffer your neighbors.

  A stunning property with excellent staff, facilities and rooms

  Liked: The gardens and pool area were exceptional, as was the beach. The on site restaurants were also sublime. We especially enjoyed Raizes - it’s a must try! The staff were all amazing with our 8 month old baby, it was our first holiday as a family and they couldn’t have made it any easier for us.

  Disliked: A buffet style dinner area, similar to how the property serves its breakfast, would be a good addition to the à la carte restaurants. This gives more flexibility when with kids - otherwise we loved everything!
