Liked: The house/apartment is very modern in an old house right beside the castle. Everything was very clean and practical. We could park on the street in front of the house. Restaurants and cafes close by.

Disliked: It could do with a handrail going up the stairs

Bad communication, broken WiFi, lovely physical space

Liked: Check-in was slow and different from what the booking said about a lockbox, so I had a hungry baby in our car to deal with while we waited. They have no instructions for parking so I blocked the road the entire time, helpless to do anything else. Comms were slow, the host wasn’t very responsive. The WiFi was broken for our entire two night stay even though I informed of the issue the first morning.

  Very good

Liked: Beautiful remodel of an old traditional house in the very center of the historical area, just below the castle. Very walkable area. Kitchenware seemed new and well maintained.

Disliked: The bed is memory foam and was too soft for my taste. Would have been great to have a frying pan and a toaster. Wifi was a bit iffy at times.

Well appointed apartment in a great location for visiting Braganca

Liked: The location was excellent for visiting the town. The upstairs apartment was nice & compact & newly renovated. The bedroom was very spacious. The apartment was clean & comfortable.

Disliked: Street parking wasn’t easy to find. There was no frying pan. The fridge was very old & the freezer didn’t work. The communication from the owner was not very good - I had to ring & ask for the code.
