Property made by the staff alone
Liked: The manager on duty went over & above to help me with a change to my booking. She was extremely helpful, she made all the difference to my stay
Disliked: Air conditioning was not working properly which made sleeping difficult. Only 1 socket in the room for charging
Good place to stay
Liked: Good room. Nice breakfast. Really nice and helpful staff.
Disliked: There were flies in my room, but they disappeared in half a day. Only one outlet in the whole room.
Ok but nothing special
Liked: Friendly welcome, found this budget room last minute. Underground parking for motorcycle.
Disliked: Only one of the two staff spoke English. The hotel is old and the doors don’t lock easily. The underground parking is + 6 euro / day. First I was told I need to give the key to the reception when going out, so I did. When I came back 2 hours later, staff shift changed and the new staff person gave my key to some other guest for no clear reason. She said the guest took the wrong key but the staff hand out the key. There was no trespassing luckily. TV is small and with analog receiver resulting in old school quality

Disliked: 25 euro fee for my dog, which isn't advertised on booking. Makes the cost of even a basic room too much.
