Very good
A beautiful home
Liked: The location was absolutely perfect. You are just above the only restaurant I saw in the town and the trail starts right below you as well. The room was very comfortable and spacious. I had the room upstairs with the attached bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed. Someone had left some coffee so I was able to make a whole pot of coffee for everyone that was staying there. The restaurant in town was excellent.
Liked: Excellent and friendly hosts. I highly recommend it. This was my 2nd time staying there. They were very helpful when we turned up a day early by mistake.
Outstanding!
Liked: I stayed one night at Carrapateira Lodge while hiking the Fisherman's Trail. It was amazing! The place is clean, cozy, quiet, and well-decorated.The kitchen is fully equipped and always clean (and it's on you to leave it as you found it). Overall, I could feel the love everywhere in this family-owned guest house. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and thank you for moving my drying clothes from the plastic chair to the drying rack on the terrace (I was not sure if I could use it:)). If I will walk the trail again, I will definitely come back.
Great location with relaxed vibes to explore the area!
Liked: The property was in a perfect location and the family was friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The doors were a little noisy for sleeping at night.
Liked: The staff member floating around didn't even say hello to us never mind welcome us. Quite rude actually. Left to fend for ourselves. The facilities however were excellent and cannot fault the place otherwise.
Great location and very welcoming. Perfect for Fisherman’s trail
Liked: Great location, homely feel and very clean and welcoming.
Disliked: Nothing
