Liked: Perfect location near a free city parking lot, many restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Complimentary bottle of delicious wine was much appreciated. Close to the beach and Agua Seco boardwalk.

Liked: The location is fantastic. It is a very large apartment. Great large west facing balcony. Everything you need in in the apartment and very clean. Great communication with the owners. 10/10

Great location. Some minor improvements required
Liked: Location, responsive hosts, good shower. Decent equipped kitchen.
Disliked: Very damp and cold building, ( one heat pump broken in main bedroom which owner tried to resolve), 1 towel each for 7 nights with no way to dry wash with dampness. Some general repairs and replacements required (kitchen table, utensils etc.
Liked: The apartment must be great in the summer. We met the host who was cheerful and pleasant.
Disliked: The apartment was extremely damp and cold in the last week of November. Neither the heat inverters nor the dehumidifiers worked well enough to warm the place up. We left after 5 nights and spent the last 2 nights in a hotel.
Liked: Great location with outdoor space, responsive host, well equipped kitchen and comfortable family room.
Disliked: The pillows.
