Fabulous
Good choice for short stay for party people
Liked: Very well equipped, very nice newer living room furniture.
Disliked: Bar directly across bedrooms, outrageously loud till 2 am using tables and chairs outside bar. Even with windows closed could not sleep until 2am. Mold inside bedroom closet, very slow shower drain. Owner was very responsive to tv not being able to mirror my phone for work. Tried to fix it but not being a smart tv he was unsuccessful. But he did do his very best regarding that issue.Not the case for mold issue. His response was more concerned about an unfavorable booking review like a previous one regarding mold.. He did not offer any suggestions. I bought mold remover but was very concerned Mold spores would spread so I couldn’t use it. had to sleep on living room couch for 3 weeks.
We enjoyed our month despite what I’ve already written
Liked: Appliances all new and worked well
Disliked: Water damage to kitchen cabinets. Balcony furniture mouldy and unclean. Bathroom ceiling with black mould. My 70 year old sister’s bed collapsed in the middle of the night. Booked the apartment for a month and expected a regular change of bedding and towels as well as cleaning. When I enquired about this the owner said we would have to pay an extra €110.00 per week for this service. There was no mention of this charge on the booking. Com website.
Nice accommodation and would recommend contacting host when needed which we didn’t do
Liked: Location was great. Close to restaurants, shops, beaches. Victor and Rita were very accommodating.
Disliked: The bed in the second bedroom was not made up with sheets and pillow cases. When one of us took sick, we needed to use that bedroom and made do with what was available as it was late at night. Also the half full toilet paper roll was not enough for a 4 night stay.

Liked: Lovely,clean apartment, well located. 5 minute level walk to the beach. Supermarket opposite and bakery 1 minute walk from front door

Liked: Thank you for the friendly welcome! I loved my stay in this apartment. There is a nice view from one side of the balcony, which was nice for enjoying a glass of wine. This apartment is in a great location for walking down to the beach and restaurants.
