Fabulous
We did enjoy our stay
Liked: The location was great. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well appointed.
Disliked: The property needs some upgrades. The shower in bathroom one was very small and the second bathroom shower needs some attention as the drainage is not good and the shower itself is prone to leaking and there is mold around it. There were also a lot of small ants in this bathroom.
Disliked: A lot of renovation work in complex, a lot of paint work, pool was not available.
Great location, fab apartment
Liked: Really great location and really well equipped apartment. Very spacious space and very clean too. Less than 10 min walk to the beach and on the street outside there are so many great restaurants
Disliked: The pool was being refurbished while we were there in 30c heat! We weren’t advised beforehand so we were really annoyed as this was a huge factor when choosing this place to stay. The host advised us he was not informed by the managing company if the repairs to the pool though after I emailed him about it.
Great apartment, comfortable and has everything
Liked: Central location, large apartment and great amenities
Disliked: Just entry and exit out of the building but only a minor negative.
The location is good and we were very comfortable. Thanks for the welcome bottle of wine
Liked: The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped.
Disliked: The building is old and desperately needs paint. There are quite a few stairs to access the apartment in the back building. We did find the elevator handy if you crossed through the parking garage.
Disappointing - the whole complex is badly maintained
