Construction site, car-park view and a promise withdrawn in writing

Disliked: Apartment 1114, October 2026. The building was under construction: dust on and inside the windows, constant noise of voices and television. The "sea view" was a dirt car park. Ants in the kitchen. The front door could not be locked from the inside. The bedroom window did not close. No air conditioning, only a portable unit with a hose through the open window, letting in insects. I reported everything with photos and video within an hour of check-in. On the phone the owner told me the first night would be free; in writing, two hours later, it became a €75 cleaning fee for a one-night stay, and I was told I could leave at 22:40 that night. The next morning I was given until 11:00 to leave or lose any refund. I left after one night, took my own rubbish away and left the apartment as I found it. I paid €75 for that night. Check the exact unit, the works schedule and the view before booking.

  Moldy apartment

Liked: Close to the beach with a nice view. Kitchen included everything needed for cooking.

Disliked: The apartment had mold in several rooms. The wall between kitchen and living room was completely full of mold and we had also water coming out of that wall. We informed the staff, which already new about the leakage. All that was done was that they put towels next to the wall, that the tiles don't get more wet. Also the smell was telling about the mold. The only completely nice room was the bedroom. As we travelled with a baby we were happy that we booked only for a short stay.

Liked: It is an amazing apartment! Incredible sea view, nex t to a beautiful beach and very good restaurant. Clean, quiet, very comfort, lot of space for four people. Huge balcony with nice furniture, you can watch sun set there. Modern and nicely decorated. Good kitchen to make your food. Above all expectations. The Seven hanging valleys hike starting point is there. I'd like to stay there at least a week.

  Very good! I definitely recommend

Liked: Ideal location, with direct access to a charming beach (Vale Centeanes Beach). Comfortable apartment for 5 people, with a lovely balcony equipped with a large table, 2 sun loungers and a pergola, allowing you to enjoy outdoor meals with sea views. Ideal for a relaxing holiday while enjoying a beautiful beach.
