Exceptional
Liked: Good apt, two balconies facing north & south. Relaxing & quiet.
Disliked: The shop in the complex was closed slot of the time.
Liked: Nice facilities including a pool and lounge area. Good location, close to the main town. Nice, spacious apartment.
Disliked: Air conditioning in the room would have been a plus (despite the plug-in fans). The bathroom shower could have been improved.

Fantastic apartment on a great location!
Liked: The apartment is located on a hill with a partial view of the sea. The neighbourhood is very quiet and beautiful with luxurious villas around. The centre of Carvoiero is only 15 minutes walk away. The apartment is very nice, stylish, comfortable and clean. Large seating area outside on the terrace and there is also a roof terrace for barbecues and sunbathing. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom also has a nice balcony. Cleaning and changing towels are once a week. There is plenty of free parking on the street. The common area with the other flats around includes a reception, a mini supermarket, a swimming pool and a nice restaurang with bar next to the pool. Everything is clean and well maintained. We ate in the flat a few times, there is enough equipment to cook and wash. We felt like home. Communication with the owner was quick and easy and there was enough information about everything. This flat is absolutely worth renting, highly recommended!
Disliked: There was no information on Booking.com about guests should pay the touristtax at arrival in the reception, so beware, it is not included in the price!
Liked: We invite the place but the owner didnt replay with instruction. We did a long way and when we arrive then the crew there told us that actually he can not rent tge apartment. Just when we insist that we pay and invite it they let us stay. It was very unpleasent welcime. The house itself is clean and big but far from any atraction.
