cool stay but a bit unhygenic

Liked: Lots of space, good locatione, private parkibg

Disliked: The door locks have some difficulties locking and unlocking. The toilet seat is broken and also at one night we had problem with bugs (not flying ones)

Liked: Excellent location. Well equipped. Nice, bright, and comfortable. Very minor problem with the door lock on arrival (pull the door handle while turning the key - our fault!). We called Rui and he arrived within minutes...host is helpful and kind. Decent shower. Clean towels and bedding. Comfortable bed. Will use again.

Disliked: Nothing. This is a lovely apartment.

Liked: Beautiful apartment. Large, comfortable rooms. Lovely balcony. Friendly staff. Well positioned. Dog friendly. We would definitely visit again, on the way home from Portugal to the UK.

Location is prime, complimented by a good host. Some things to work on for a 5 star stay

Liked: The location is prime and the fact that it has parking was awesome. Castelo Branco is trying for a renaissance and this property is right in the heart of it. The room was clean and easy to use.

Disliked: The heat did not work the first night but was fixed the second day after we reported it. The first night shower was bad because the shower head had been tampered with that was also fixed after we reported it. The front door does not close all the way and you have to lock yourself into the apartment in order for the door to remain closed. The app to open and close the parking gate is annoying.

Loved Castelo Branco and nearby sites. Good value for money

Liked: Comfortable, great location. Parking was a plus.

Disliked: Late delivery of information. Instructions were pretty minimal. Gate entry to parking required app that only works from inside.
