  Great location, lacking some home comforts

  Liked: Location - walking distance to Comporta village and 5 minutes drive to Comporta beach. The complex/estate was well maintained and quiet. The pool was nice. The kitchen seemed newly installed and had most of what was needed. Supermarket on site.

  Disliked: The only way to safely access the property after 8pm everyday is by car. The only access point is the main entrance which does not have appropriate lighting or a footpath, which is impossible with young children. There is a locked gate for pedestrian access, we asked for a key and were told they did not have one. Considering the proximity to Comporta village, walking is the obvious way to travel and it was annoying we couldn’t do this. You can walk via the supermarket up until 8pm when it closes. The beds and bedding were uncomfortable. The bedding was very basic and not enough pillows (one small pillow per person). The upstairs shower room is very small and the shower pressure is poor. The balcony is small and was covered in cobwebs. It does not get any sun. There is no bin in the kitchen, only one on the balcony. There is nowhere for recycling.

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: Run down, hole in fly net, poor quality linen and towels: no bath matts or tea towels provided. Chopping board was mouldy. Vacuum cleaner very old with no bag: kitchen now well equipped very basic. Only 2 beach towels provided, although work to to deliver more when asked. Also pushed back check in time so lost almost the whole day

Good to know

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
