Absolutely delightful villa with a lovely garden and pool and really helpful hosts

Liked: The villa was absolutely lovely. Located close to all amenities in Comporta. It was very clean. Each bedroom was en suite or had its own bathroom. Plenty of space. The garden and the pool were absolutely lovely and the host was in contact regularly and provided really helpful information to find the villa when we arrived. Absolutely fantastic!

Disliked: The only slight negative was that it wasn’t clear to us beforehand that one of the bedrooms is in a separate annex in the garden.

Liked: Nice house, good outdoor space, pool for kids.

Disliked: It was not clear to me when booking that one of the on-suite bedrooms was actually a "mother-in-law apartment" not connected to the main house. Might be good for a couple, but with young kids, being separated was not ideal. Wish that would have been more obvious in the pictures or stated clearly because I wouldn't have booked here because of it.

Liked: Proximity to restaurants and shops as well as great sun deck in the garden

Disliked: Only one sofa inside so on colder evenings not everyone could sit comfortably

  Short golf trip for four

Liked: Location. Outside area. Having four bedrooms and bathrooms.

Disliked: Basic furnishings and flooring. Bland walls. Poor lighting.

Ideal location with private pool and courtyard

Liked: The location was perfect, 2-3 min walk to boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants. Only 5 min drive to the beach or a lovely 20-25 minute walk through the rice fields and via a boardwalk. The pool is lovely with plenty of sun loungers/seating for the group and the self contained unit at the back of the house would be perfect for parents who can be separate from kids in the main house.

Disliked: The bathrooms got a bit wet when you showered as the glass stops a bit short but there were plenty of towels provided to mop up the water.
