Liked: Simona has excellent communicational skills, from sending videos of access points, checking in on me now and again throughout my weeks stay to see if everything was ok. This alone is a 10/10 without all the other positives in this apartment. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was nicely decorated, it was 10/10 on cleanliness and the apartment is in a nice and quiet location. I would love to visit again.

Disliked: Nothing could be better. 10/10 all round.
