  Nice family stay close to the beach

  Liked: Very modern and bright. Calm neighborhood and close to the beach. Dish washer and washing machine. Boards and sun umbrella were very useful.

  Liked: We spent a week at Caparica Beach House with our family (two adults and two small children) and were absolutely delighted! The apartment is spacious, bright, and very clean, with every detail thoughtfully designed and decorated with taste. It is equipped with a modern kitchen, air conditioning, and a good TV. The terrace is a perfect place to relax in the evening and listen to the sound of the ocean. The owner of the apartment took great care of our comfort: he provided a baby crib and a high chair, which was a big plus for us. The location is excellent: only 100 meters from the beach, just a couple of minutes’ walk to the water. Shops, cafés, and restaurants are nearby, which is especially convenient when traveling with children. Despite being close to all the infrastructure, the area is quiet in the evenings and at night, so you can truly rest and recharge.

  Liked: Comfortable apartment well equipped and convenient location

  Disliked: Some dog mess and rubbish in the streets outside. But this isn't in the owners control. Some construction noise from neighbours
