  A quite home away from home close to everything

  Liked: Sofi was an excellent host and super attentive to everything and everyone! The location is a bit far from Lisbon and the beach if you’re walking or taking public transport but if you have a car or Uber (super cheap) it’s close to everything. The neighborhood is super quiet and the house feels very comfortable. Would highly recommend for longer stays and digital nomads.

  Enchanting hideaway

  Liked: The place was very inviting as were the proprietors of the establishment. Our rooms were cheerful, inviting and had comfortable beds. Although we didn't do any cooking it was nice to have it available for use.

  I will most definitely be back <3

  Liked: This house was amazing. The area was perfect for a local surf trip. Also great location to Lisbon. I took the ferry over one day, and wanted to head back to the beach town quickly after I left! I felt as I was ‘coming back home’ each time I left the property to explore Portugal. Sofi was so helpful and gave great recommendations for local places to eat, grocery shop, and surf. Getting around with an Uber or Vespa was perfect. Coffee each morning in the house and hammock lounging was a great way to begin the day. Rooms were super cute and loved hanging in the common area.

  Disliked: It was truly a place that I had nothing I didn’t like.

  Cosy room at Kanaloa

  Liked: The rooms are nicely decorated and there is a large kitchen and common area to use as well as a lovely garden and terrace to hang out. Sofia, the host is very welcoming and helpful. The surrounding beaches are great and it's easy to get to Lisbon by bus.

  Disliked: The half hour walk to the beaches is on quite a busy road without a footpath but an Uber or Bolt are just a few Euros..
