We had a fabulous stay at the apartment, it was a great location close to everything we needed, a home from home
Liked: The property was well equipped, very clean and comfortable, plenty of space and a quiet area. Would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: The beds were a little hard for us but that is personal preference.

The kitchen was well-equipped with all necessary appliances, including an automatic washing machine - a huge plus! The balcony was a highlight, with the bed room and lounge area offering stunning views of the city. The apartment's location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach. My stay at GuestReady - Sunny Retreat was fantastic. The apartment's amenities and layout made it feel like a home away from home. Liked: Very clean, spacious apartment with a large deck overlooking the area. The apartment was well stocked with items giving much thought to travellers needs. The location was fabulous. The beach is a block away, shopping and restaurants all within minutes. Great East Indian restaurant right outside the door (very good staff and food), highly recommend.
Disliked: The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage and have difficulty with stairs it may be an issue. Worth the flight of stairs though as the apartment is perfect.

Disliked: Option to have a double bed rather than two twins

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
