Fabulous
Liked: The appartment was lovingly appointed, very comfortable, and location was superb, very close to beach & restaurants. Mariana, the owner, was very helpful & kind.

Disliked: Issues with keys getting into property and was promised money back due to this and have not had that yet. The keys didn’t open the door so I had to stay elsewhere one night
A lovely place for a near-the-ocean stay
Liked: A lovely two-bedroom apartment on the first floor with steps up to the balcony that overlooks the outdoor space of the apartment below. The balcony feels very private and catches the afternoon sun. You can catch a glimpse of the sea but it's beyond the back gardens of the houses around the building. The side balconies get the morning sun and, although continuous with the neighbouring apartment, are separated by a small barrier. Each room in the flat has its own aircon/heater unit although even in winter the apartment was warm. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was a small dishwasher suitable only for small things. Both bathrooms were comfortable, well lit, and didn't have fans that automatically came on whenever you turn the light on - they had a separate switch. There is a large double gate at the front of the building you accessed via a door code and a small lock box once you were inside where you could collect one set of keys. Bins to dispose of rubbish were at the end of the street, about a five-minute walk, and a good excuse to pop into a nearby cafe for an excellent cup of coffee. All in all, I'd stay there again.
Disliked: I'm not a fan of memory foam mattresses as they are unnecessarily hot so had to improvise with bedding to stay cool enough to sleep. The lovely large plates didn't easily fit into the quite small dishwasher!

Liked: We moved into a larger apt that we really enjoyed. Spacious, lots of light and windows. The beds were super comfortable for my son and I. The location is excellent, since I could walk to the beach in a few minutes, and close to the main center, cafes, and surf shops. This is an excellent location and house for people who appreciate surfing, and a small beach town, with good local fish restaurants.
Disliked: Outdoor shower. The high ceilings, and house is decorated really well with ceramics and art. Very convenient after surfing. It's easy to access as well, and at the same time very secured and private. Enjoyed the quiet surrounding local neighborhood setting in Costa da Caparica. There are parks, volleyball courts, and surf hostels near by.
Well-located
Liked: We were there in November, but we think the apartment would be ideal in summer. Everything was basically as shown in the photos. We did not cook in the apartment, as we were only there for a very short time and would have had to buy spices, oil, etc. to cook. The kitchen is small but would be sufficient for preparing small, light meals. Since it was November, there were many free parking spaces available.
Disliked: I would like to mention a few details, like the cleanliness of the accommodation and the dishes should be checked before the next guests arrive. Some of the plates and cups were not properly clean, that's what happens when there's no dishwasher. A kitchen towel and maybe also paper towels would have been very helpful. The bathroom in the suite-room smelled of sewage and the toilet seats on both toilets were not properly secured. You can hear the neighbors upstairs, but that's completely normal in buildings in Portugal.
